About
Commercial growth, told straight.
I'm Robin Bowling, a doctoral candidate at Liberty University, a commercial growth executive and a fractional or contract Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer advisor and consultant with more than 20 years of experience building revenue engines across sales, marketing, product marketing, customer success, sales enablement and go-to-market strategy.
My career began in sales, where I owned and operated an insurance agency, recruited and developed sales professionals and learned what it takes to create revenue from the ground up. Since then, I have led across industries including insurance, healthcare technology, SaaS, enterprise software and data solutions, helping organizations connect strategy to execution and turn commercial activity into measurable growth.
I have built and scaled marketing teams, stood up inside sales functions, developed sales enablement programs, supported customer success strategy, launched products, improved pipeline visibility and helped leadership teams align around the customer, the message and the metrics that matter.
Today, I work with founders, CEOs and revenue leaders who need clarity across the commercial engine. That may mean sharpening positioning, defining the ideal customer profile, aligning sales and marketing, strengthening pipeline strategy, improving go-to-market execution or helping teams move from disconnected activity to focused growth.
I am also in the process of publishing my first book, a leadership fable shaped by the lessons I have learned through more than two decades of building teams, leading through pressure and helping organizations grow with greater clarity.
Clarity first. Action follows.

How I work
Clarity first
Name the real problem before designing the plan. Most teams already know; they just need a room safe enough to say it out loud.
Accountable to outcomes
Engagements are scoped to commercial results, not deliverables. Decks are a byproduct, not the product.
Calm execution
High urgency, low drama. The work moves faster when no one is bracing for impact.
Human in the room
Leadership teams perform better when people understand how they actually work together. That's part of the work, too.
